About the Data

Unified Patents offers users free access to patent and dispute data through the Unified Portal. As of 2019, you can access ROI deal data through the Portal on patents that are either For Sale or Likely Sold.

For Sale

If the asset was marked as "for sale," then this asset is currently listed for sale on the IAM Market.

Likely Sold

If the asset is marked as "likely sold," this asset was included in a USPTO assignment real and frame number indicating a transfer of the asset has occurred and that this was likely part of a sale of patent assets.
